What age groups is the Precision Writing course designed for?

Students from Grade 3 onward with no upper age limit to who can join. Everything depends on their writing level and maturity. We carefully place students in a class that matches their ability. Some of our advanced groups even include university students and adults who love to write and want to develop their skills.

Will the material suit my child’s current writing level?

Our first step is always trying to find a class that suits the needs of the student. This means we ask questions first to really understand student.

Furthermore, our Precision writing curriculum is tiered and adaptable. Whether your child is just developing essay writing skills or ready to write their first novel, we guide them step by step with age-appropriate challenges.

Can my child keep up if they have a busy schedule?

The program is designed with flexibility in mind. We have a number of different time options for lessons and students can complete their writing tasks during the week when they’re available.

However, if students are very busy and no time slot suits them, Cora Insight Studio is a great alternative that provides ample flexibility without sacrificing depth.

Does this course align with the school curriculum?

Yes—but it goes beyond it. While we cover all the writing skills taught in school, we also take practical tricks and tips from professional writers—preparing students for high-level academic and personal growth. Just for an as example, while schools will teach 10-20 literary techniques, our students go through more than 50 techniques, preparing them for everything school has to throw at them.

If my child needs help with both reading and writing, which class should I choose?

It’s completely normal—most students benefit from support in both areas. Our Classical Reading program strengthens reading comprehension, critical thinking, and written expression. However, for students who need more targeted help with writing structure, clarity, and grammar, many families choose to enrol in both the Classical Reading course and our Precision Writing class for the best results.

What kind of results can I expect to see in my child’s writing?

With consistent effort and the right guidance, students start to build a writing style that is clearer, more structured, and purpose-driven. Over time, they become more confident in planning their ideas, editing with care, and writing under pressure.
